Here to help you find a path forward
Our clinical approach is based on a model of mental wellness that expands beyond treating disease and disorder. We believe in utilizing holistic psychiatry strategies to tend to each patient’s mind, body, emotions, and spirit to achieve a general sense of balance and wellbeing. We utilize traditional medications and talk therapy, in addition to incorporating integrative practices like nutrition, exercise, and meditation/mindfulness to formulate a customized treatment plan. Our practice offers both telemedicine and in-person appointments at our well-appointed and discreet downtown office.
